Cons
The review from the current employee in California is the owner. The rest of us live in Calgary (he chose here so he can pay us less), and Karachi (as they are cheap labour and will work long hours overnight 6 days a week). Owner/Management is a tyrant, insane temper, micro-manages. He rips apart anything your team does, and bullies you into submission. No advancement, if you are given a salary raise, be aware, you will be let go within a few months to a year, as he will replace you with someone less expensive. Turnover at this company is record high, which is why a letter was created to send to customers whenever another project manager leaves. He likes to blame everyone else, and say his customers are racist, when really he is a lying, manipulative abuser. He hires you on as a contractor, so he doesn't have to pay you sick leave, vacation or benefits, but expects you to understand that you will be treated like an employee, that you don't get overtime (even though legally you should), but you need to praise patient gain all the time to the poor companies that use this marketing company.
