Working at Patlytics was one of the most demoralizing professional experiences I’ve had. The CEO regularly berated employees, created a culture of fear, and frequently threatened to fire team members, often behind their backs, which created mistrust across the company. Many talented people were treated with disrespect or made to feel disposable, and turnover was high as a result
Constructive feedback was rare; instead, public shaming or silent treatment was the norm. The environment made it nearly impossible to grow or feel secure in your role, no matter how hard you worked. Several employees, especially women, were subjected to verbal aggression or undermining behavior that felt personal, not just performance-related. There’s a reason the company is 99% male.
While there are some great individuals at the company doing their best to stay positive, the leadership culture made it difficult for anyone to succeed long-term without sacrificing their mental and emotional health.
