      In the prime of this company, it was like a family.

      Cons

      Patrick has since let his company get run down by people not suited for HR. They do not listen to their employees, and try to make up the rules as they go. They were confronted about inconsistencies with my job description. When shown these discrepancies, they only said "oh yeah, we added some things." This is a horrible place to work for that stifles your career growth. If I could rate less than a star, then I would!!!

      Pros

      great industry, great insurance only if you are single, 95% of employees are great.

      Cons

      Everything wrong with the company comes from CEO and top management, no trust, employees treated like children, bad business practices. All that is normal in the general workforce is NOT normal here.
