No On boarding Process No orientation Program-me Have to run from pillar to post for Offer letter No fixed date for salary credit No Transportation reimbursement just in case if one is involved in sales and marketing Too heavy micro management certain individuals are highly unprofessional Total disrespect to employees with regard to holiday policy,made to work on Sundays as well. No training seminars or sessions for growth. No defined working area for many departments.
