extremely confusing and misleading management, terrible micro management from the owner who spends hours daily obsessively watching CCTV, H&S red flags, unethical treatment of the staff, double measures between FOH & kitchen staff, no organisation and procedure centralisation, they used to pay fair but that's fading away as well
