Pros

Some very helpful people who always have time for you

Cons

A LOT of narcissistic behaviours. Some senior managers only interviewed one person (who surprisingly got the job) to tick the process box. Overrun with inefficient management. Such a shame.

Pros

- New CEO is really trying to steer organisation in right direction - Passionate colleagues about roles - Fair pay and generous benefits

Cons

- For a small headcount and "innovative" organisation it became very bureaucratic.. not much mangerial layers but slow on decision making. - Whilst there are many very talented staff with lots of knowledge, there are a lot also in key positions that dont know how to steer the ship causing mass confusion, duplication and trivial effort at the bottom. So much people within the company with much more knowledge to share then what is confined to their roles (the company is small enough to do so) - Very good individual senior managers

Pros

Good connections with external stakeholders.

Cons

Unprofessional behaviour is accepted. The pay is below market rates unfortunately benefits do not make up for the low pay. My previous experience was not utilised due to robotic style of management. Opportunities to develop are lacking. The company are trying to do everything without streamlining priorities, consequently staff are working consistently under pressure. Siloed working therefore missing opportunities to improve and share. I needed to get used to working on old systems which took some adjustment.
