Pros

New technology stack. Lots of benefits and perks. (which will be a trap for employee)

Cons

.Shouting is common from management, Management need to learn how to speak with employees. Even female team leads shout on their team members, No manners to speak. .No work life balance, Late sitting is common , if you try to leave early , management will criticize. .Management need to accept the HUMAN ERROR scenarios for employee, you cannot simply throw out any employee on a mistake. .Top management is 99% teenagers, and they are taking the management decisions instead of any mature person. .No ticket management system like JIRA or anything , instead they are using excel sheet to manage the progress of each employee. .No process of any QA department, everything will be done by developer including (testing QA, frontend issue, server issue). ."Gatekeeping" in office management is on extreme. They think employee should know everything without any knowledge transfer. .No any ERD (entity relation diagram) or FRD (functional relation diagram) of product exist in the company.

Pros

Salary on time Lots of promised benefits, but most are either pointless due to the toxic culture

Cons

This company operates in Karachi as Hub360 Solutions but is registered in Canada under the PayMyTuition brand (MTFX Group). Don’t be fooled by the international name—the internal culture is nothing short of abusive. Karachi Leadership here thrives on fear, control, and manipulation. Shouting at employees is normalized. Public humiliation is used as a tactic to assert dominance and embarrass people into submission. Schemes are openly devised to apply pressure on targeted individuals—whether it’s isolating them, denying their benefits, or making them feel expendable. If you're not in management’s good books, you become a target. Promotions and roles are handed out based on personal loyalty, not merit. Some hires appear to have been placed for the sole purpose of spying and reporting on coworkers. Micromanagement is suffocating. You need approval for everything—yes, even for using your legally entitled leave. And if you're not feeling the pressure already, forced overtime is used as a twisted power play—not because of workload, but to satisfy the egos of those in charge. Forget professionalism. There's no Agile, no JIRA, no workflow structure, and no proper QA team. QA professionals don’t last long here—most leave after realizing the environment is designed to break you. Product quality and employee wellbeing are not even on the radar. Leadership in Canada turns a blind eye and continues to back the very people responsible for this toxic mess. Complaints go unheard, and nothing changes. If you care about your dignity, your peace of mind, or your future—run in the opposite direction.

Cons

The work process did not work as intended, which resulted in a significant waste of people's time. They don't care about the waste
