Zero pros to be honest, couldn’t think of a pro

Inconsistent and Micro management. In store alone during lunch. Expected to meet sales when there was no commission and minimum wage. Also pay increase was 5 cents. No extra pay on holidays.

Can’t sit down and paid minimum wage. (I actually worked there in 2008 but they didn’t give that as an option.)

Great job for a college student. Flexible schedule. Carlisle Plaza Mall team worked well together and had great supervisors (Sandra and Jamie!).
