Pros

Great lunches, good culture and owners will take your call can listen.

Cons

Payscout is losing all of its key personnel. In less than 4 years, most of their dream team has vanished. All of the C-level executives and high level management who helped this company flourish have either left or are about to leave. The company had an amazing runway, and the management staff use to resemble that of a corporation like APPLE (when Apple was a new business) The founders are just concerned with their own wealth and threw away the opportunity of the company. Although Payscout makes member feel like family, they are merely an employee. Payscout is one of the few businesses in this sector that doesn't offer shares, RSUs, or stock options. For years they would promise equity and never deliver, coming up with one reason after another why they couldn't give an employee stock. Always a logistical issue excuse. The two founders continue to promote to their employees that employees will all one day succeed financially with them. But the 2 founders own 90-95% of the company between themselves. It is all Smoke and Mirrors to convince an employee to stay and work for less money, and make them feel like they are a part of a team. Payscout promotes their company values, including honesty, integrity, and always learning. Payscout now is the moment to start studying from your mistakes. You were once in the Inc 500 and now you are not.

Pros

Payscout has a great company culture championed religiously by the CEO and President. Employees are supported and encouraged to act like an entrepreneur. Feedback is welcomed and the 'best idea wins'. The perks and benefits are amazing! 100% coverage for medical, dental and vision; adoption assistance; $1500 annually towards training/education; free lunch Wednesdays, arcade and lounge area; motorized desks...etc.

Cons

Being a small/mid size and fast growing company, many processes/technology is newly implemented or in progress. This can be daunting for employees that are use to established work environments.
