Pros

None sadly was a waste of time joining and only gave me more problems each day i was working.

Cons

Where do i start I joined in 2022 and now look back with heavy regret of what was about to happen. Instead of working my contracrual hours of 40 hrs a week i was told to work double this and help out my colleagues and do there work also. I didnt get paid enough for this doing my work and also 5 other colleagues work. I was told to automate all the processes which i had no idea about as i have no idea in finance. I dont even know my debits from my credits. I suffered a heart attack back in May 2022 due to stress of the job and was told id be takinf it easy and cominf back to PT hours. This was not the case after 2 weeks as things had taken a twist for the worst with the team falling behind in reporting. My manager then phoned me up to tell me that they needed me to comeback sooner than later to help with reporting. I was sick and tired of this and had me stressed. My manager didnt understand this and said for me to automate all processes and work on weekends to get this done for SLA. I couldnt even havw my lunch. I was working stupid hrs like 6am-9pm most nights. I didnt even have time to eat and go to tescos for my meal deal.

Pros

Flexible working arrangements allowing me to work from a completely different location from my team based in the UK. But post pandemic that arrangement was being changed.

Cons

Company has made some questionable hires and has made it a toxic environment by letting go capable employees. Towards the end of my time I was working almost 89 hours a week. It was a tough working environment.

Pros

- Founder is one of the most mission oriented human on earth - Some people in the leadership position bring extraordinary experience which is great - Founder has made great efforts to bring people from around the world

Cons

- Lately executive team is being filled with aged people who definitely got number of years of experience but that’s doing bad to the company - HR team has been given a tag of PxC which is the most ineffective team - A chief people officer was hired to solve growing cultural issues (tension between Russian teams and everyone else, tension between product team and growth teams, tension between UK team and US team due to which the GM USA left, and many more) but the dude is busy selling his books - Fake promises of equity and salary increment. They always say it’s being done but in all honesty it doesn’t get done. I am here for two years and my colleagues are from 4-5 years no one has got equity - High ego issues within leadership team - Engineering team has immense politics inside - Russian teams are not inclusive and they are majority - Language barrier, a lot people don’t speak English and only Russian - Jira has tickets in Russian - a lot executive team are puppets except few who are bold

Thank you for your feedback as we are keen to listen to every Paysender and learn how we can improve. There are definitely challenges we are facing as an organisation and not unusual with our current growth ambitions. Always open to having a conversation on feedback given and if you wanted to discuss this together I would welcome the opportunity.
