Pros

None. Said you could work from home but then they wanted you in so that’s gone. NO BENEFITS OF ANY KIND. No pension, no stock? No travel card, 5 mean sick days(!!!), no food, no real nights out, no health care…,ZERO.

Cons

Product not selling. NO LEADS from marketing. Very scary . Micro management. Spend your entire day on LinkedIn. Mind numbingly boring. 2 sales in 7 months with 4 sales people. No one making their number.

Thank you for the feedback We always want to hear from our employees, both present and former. We acknowledge that you feel there are things we still have to work on. We are a growing company, we may not get everything right and it seems we have not met your expectations in a few areas. But we're on a journey, always learning and trying to improve. We work hard to establish connections and open lines of communication between our management teams and global employees. There is always an opportunity to feedback and offer an opinion, this is welcomed. We hold regular meetings to keep employees informed of the business strategy and how their roles are a part of it. We are a fast moving and fluid organization, so sometimes plans change and we need to react quickly. We are committed to our values of ‘Listen, Respect and Collaborate’, especially during periods of change. We always ask that our people managers prioritize communication when this happens so that everybody knows what the plan is and what role they have to play.
