      Rude and misbehaving CTO, and unpaid overtime

      Had a learning experience because of good tech stack

      The company is basically a Sethia company where most of the employees are hired dure to relationship with the CEO or CTO. And the company has a very bad environment where they freely use Foul language. The CTO Azeem Yaseen is the most unprofessional person I have met. Misbehaving with employees and cursing them is normal for him. The CEO has filled the company with his community members and few of them are very unqualified. It was a disaster to work there. They force employees to work more than working hours and some time people use to go home just to sleep to come back and work again due to bad commitment by management.

      too much micro management every one wants to become boss of another one but no one wants to guide or take responsibility as a senior.
