      Easy to get in if you have skill The work itself can be enjoyable

      Cons

      They will exploit you if you have any talent. Upper management is a joke, they are bosses, not leaders. Safety is not a priority. Do you have aspiration? Or really good ideas? They couldn’t care less, no progression for you. Care more about keeping the business distant and safe from employees than about doing good business. ‘We’re all a family, stronger together’

      Upper management poor decisions which involves crippling a department to rescue another which in turn resulted in a mass backlog
