      Pros

      - groceries are provided every 2 weeks - travel opportunity - ability to work a schedule that works best for you - occasional happy hours with the company

      Cons

      - If you're a female, be careful how much you speak up, you will get let go - if you give ideas to Senior Management, they will not take them seriously, they still think everyone wants and loves PJ - If and when you don't hit numbers, they will not consider that projections may be completely miscalculated, they just blame you for not being able to sell - growth opportunities are non-existent - the only thing constant here is change and it typically will involve your pay/commission - Turnover...7 people have quit in Q1 - Lack of knowledge on the Senior Management Team & Board

      Friendly people, great benefits for a startup, stocked kitchen, stock options

      Cons

      The organization is terribly run from the top down. Poor decisions compound on even worse decisions by senior leadership. Sales Opps is perpetually on a power trip and belittles others in her way.

      Pros

      We only hire nice people. Grumpy people can stay away. Imagine actually "wanting" to be at work. Enjoying your time with the people you work with.

      Cons

      There is no wifi at the beach. We need a solid connection to do the type of work we do and this means we are stuck in an office (some of the time).
