Pros

Huh? What? How? And most importantly….WHY?

Cons

Spend one minute with the founder and you will quickly realize that the lights are not on. She’s lost….She has absolutely no business heading a company. It’s the moment you realize that a certain kind of “privilege” affords you the opportunity to get millions of dollars in investment money while have no idea what you’re doing. Every month nudging the business further and further off of the inevitable cliff. Because she has no idea what it means to be a working class individual, hiring droves of people then laying them off 6 months later seems perfectly reasonable to her. All because there is NO PLAN. Everything is a “trial” a “restructuring”… GIRL! It’s not that complicated!! Run the darn business! Margins, inventory, payroll and P&L! We are talking the basics here. Restructuring every few months is a red flag and the “new startup” excuse is not landing. Reading the reviews here you will see the clear disconnect. Clinical staff is asking for more trips and free lunches while non-clinical staff are just trying to get transparency, fair pay, and PTO….do you see the disconnect?

Pros

Innovative Work: Peachy Studio does employ advanced technology and approaches in patient care, which can be intellectually stimulating and offers some opportunities to engage with cutting-edge practices. Potential for Learning: There are aspects of the job that allow for professional growth, especially in terms of gaining experience with modern healthcare solutions.

Cons

Lack of Support: The work environment is challenging, with a noticeable lack of support for providers. It often feels like there is little consideration for staff well-being or professional development. Inconsistent Rules: The rules and expectations seem to apply differently depending on the person, creating a sense of unfairness and confusion. The punitive point system for infractions lacks clear definition, making it difficult to understand or comply with expectations. Favoritism and Leadership Issues: Leadership appears to operate as a closed group, with evident favoritism affecting job dynamics. This has led to a work culture where it feels like only certain individuals receive fair treatment and opportunities. Punitive Culture: The focus on penalizing infractions rather than addressing underlying issues or providing constructive feedback has created a stressful work environment. The lack of transparency and fairness in how infractions are handled contributes to a sense of instability and dissatisfaction among staff.

Pros

-Met some pretty cool people -Pay was okay ( but don’t let that fool you) -Free treatment if that’s what your into

Cons

Where do I start?!! Well first off this company is notorious for having horrible communication! They have a bunch of people working on ops and in corporate that don’t know what they are doing. They use being a “startup” as their crutch to change things and gaslight you into thinking that you’re crazy when you bring things up. Head of ops is on a power trip and she doesn’t know what she’s doing she’s the number one gaslighter in this company! She fired two employees because of their performance but didn’t have a documented record to back up that their performance was a problem. Any one that knows anything about running a company knows you need a solid case built up against an employee to justify firing them about their performance and she just does things off vibes. Two people quit in the location that she fired the two employees and she was being petty and decided to fire someone because she felt like she wasn’t providing the positive and also because she had 6 points! Let’s keep in mind it takes 12 points for them to let you go! If your of color there will be micro-aggressions towards you if you don’t pay attention you’ll miss it! There’s a racist nurse they refuse to fire!! Everyone knows this even white nurses know this! They paid someone off because that very nurse said some racist things to someone and they rather keep her than talk about her performance as a RACIST! It makes you side eye the CEO’s and other employees on the corporate team! There’s no HR at all! The legal guy is the HR and he’s buddy buddy with that racist nurse and everyone on corporate so don’t think your safe if you have a issue and bring it up he will give these people a slap on the wrist and if you make of head of ops mad enough she’ll come up with a reason to fire you just for speaking up! Here’s the smoke and mirrors part! They recently had a trip and took some nurses to the Bahamas and in these reviews two nurses I’m sure were asked to write a glowing review about how it is to work here! Don’t let that fool you please! This company is down bad and needed someone to write positive reviews. If you scroll through the reviews most people are mentioning the same thing and we can’t all be wrong! Lastly if you have a life or family or even just things going on this job will give you a very hard time if you try to move things around your schedule or call out! They gave a nurse 4 points cause she fell and hurt her hands ( she sent photos in of her injuries) and couldn’t come in and because she had no sick time left they gave her 4 points! They fired a nurse for having Covid and no extra sick time to cover her days after the 5 days given per cdc guidelines. They also gave a nurse 4 points for loosing her voice she still showed up to work they sent her home but because she didn’t have extra sick time they gave her points. If you’re at the desk alone it’s rare you’ll get a break unless someone nurse wise knows how to check people in and out if not you barely get a break! So if that doesn’t make you think twice idk what will! Just find something better as a nurse and front desk!
