      Pros

      - Timely salary - Fix time, after that generally no one bothers you. - Backed by a baron from diamond industry so, you can enjoy their facilities also.

      Cons

      - The management was too strict. You have to go on lunch time and come back on the time. - No flexible hours. - Too much office politics. - Two vacations, it is also not fixed. (other than there is no such leave)
