Management is the worst. They don't know what they do. They no fnb experience but act like they know. All departments suffer from many confusion and sudden change, expect staff work without overtime, weekend, PH. Business bad blame every body, but decision from them. You will very regret work here, when just start all ok, now worst and worst. Boss get greedy, don't care employees, all they benefit and use people like robot, no empathy, no understanding, some colleagues are ok, some brain wash already. Annual leave will cut if they ask you travel for "company trip" It's not trip, it's work, no such thing as company trip. Like to do China way work, bosses delulu
