      Pros

      - 'Stable' startup with a long runaway. I didn't have to worry if my salary would be paid next month like in some other early startups. - Flexible and remote work - Team members from different countries - Processes are more defined compared to other startups - Good learning opportunities - Promising product, number of clients was growing every day - Team members and management are open to hearing feedback/concerns

      - Early startup culture: the need to overwork from time to time - Benefits, I left for a role in a corporate environment that provides better pay

      I've been working at Peakflo and I must say, it has been an incredible journey. The team at Peakflo is undoubtedly the best I have ever worked with. Everyone is welcoming, helpful and genuinely cares about each other.

      Toxic founders and pathetic work culture

      There is no pro working for these toxic founders

      Cons

      -Most toxic founders you will ever meet - They make false promises which they never give you in writing - Founders are dishonest and unethical with the severance pay - They pay you peanuts and make you work like a donkey, 12 hours minimum per day and even on weekends with no overtime - Founders treat employees like slaves - Constant micromanagement by founders - Hire and fire culture, employee retention is low, every month someone is leaving - No work/life balance - No bonus - They lie to their clients about how many customers they have (they used to put non-paying trial users as their customers in the sales pitch)
