remote, not much to say in terms of positive

Cons

-hardly any hours availabe, queue system to get hours that makes you feel like a slave -poor pay if students don't do full lesson and even then it's like such a joke -no real positives, as sometimes they take your pay if a goofy student doesn't like you because you didn't give their idiot self the correct answer
