Never seen such liars in the whole journey of my digital marketing experience. they deliver fake promises and loot money from sober domestic and foreign clients. the top authorities at this company are full of jokers and illiterate. they don't know how to treat customers and even their own employees. use abusive language against everyone who ask fair questions and demand reports for their mischievous work. they are con man of IT industry in India. I would never recommend these greedy beings for any project. this lady name Urja fruitiest liar, i have ever witnessed in my entire life.she talk so swiftly that you will fell for her trap and then she wraps off your money. the real mischief is Vishwajeet Singh ,who took the sharpest shoot on someone elses shoulder. the couple gang jointly fetch off all the money from descent people with the help of their miscreant juniors , who are equally poisonous helping them running this D Company. they have looted money from so many clients and when they asked for the refund.they simply denied to return. by simply showing their fake manual protocols/documents having no legal authority in front of court of law.( null or void). #cheatinglady #urjamarwah #paramjeetsinghrajora #vishwajeetsinghrajora

So I joined pearl organisation lately they were nice but when I dig inti the work I saw there are many flaws in the company. 1. They dont have proper management, all the depatments are messed up with each other. In my life just saw a company with unusual departments like CSD, like really a department of no use with manager of no use. The things they do is properly done by the managers of dedicated departments already. USELESS THING 2. Yes yes salary on time but salary like a pocket money, they cut the salary without any prior notice. 3. The HR's of the company is like the chit chat bot of the CEO they dont know how to retain the employee and also dont know the operation process. 4. No work ethics, if you are a SALES EXECUTIVE you have to do many things apart from that. 5. The VP shouts all the time, at first its look like she have no manner like where she is standing and all she always think that the office is zoo. 6. Housekeeping abuses the employees and also dont have proper hygiene seriously cockroaches float on the drinking water. 7. At last the worst company to work with. They think they stand alone in the IT market, grow up and see around there are PIONEERS of IT in IT park you cant match the workflow with them ever. FRAUDS.
