Pros
- Working with Pedabo is like that stepping stone to greatness that you need in your career. With Pedabo, you learn and you earn. The firm pays more than some Big4 firms, they are other benefits asides salary. For units where it is practicable, hybrid work is allowed as much as possible. You learn a lot from working on difference client across different sectors. There is a very health culture although some bosses might be tough to work with. Of course it has its con but its benefits outweighs its problems Overall, it's really a good place to be I can boldly say that!
Cons
- Saw a comment from somebody that says management shouldn't adopt the sink or swim approach in 2015. However, as at the time of writing this, Pedabo still uses the sink or swim approach with its staff. You might struggle to settle in cos there's a lot to learn and every time you think you have gotten it something else comes up and you start again - Pedabo is quite a traditional place, for example if you have an issue with your superior, you have to apologize whether you're right or wrong, there's no basis for it. It's just the usual traditional archaic way. - Structure is great but can be made better. People should conform to structures and not the other way round - Staff turnover as the staffs get equipped and transition to the Big4 as Pedabo is very close to the Big4
