Pros

You can use the bike in your own time. all the people you're working with as a rider are sound.

Cons

Where to start. Bullying and favouritism is rife. Staff being leaned on to clean the workplace inc toilets instead of hiring someone for it is disgusting. Underpayment is very common. No actual hr professional to appeal to. People get paid different amounts for time off despite doing the same job. Arbitrary rota 'system' means they want you to set aside your whole life and make it available to them, including weekends. Threatens people with dismissal if they want to eg set time aside in the week to work another job. A difficult and dangerous job that pays less than working behind a supermarket checkout. Pay is shockingly inconsistent because of pointless 'base rate and commission' system and everyone makes maybe a pound more than london living wage if theyre lucky. I have to stop here or ill go on and on
