- Not sure how they seem to be rated “best workplaces”. Seems that everyone taking the feedback reviews is terrified that they are not anonymous
- All the staff from all of the branches are so stand-offish. Always very superficial, especially when conducting viewings at other branches
- Everyone thinks that they have the most important job in the world
- Feels that no one is trying to help you or bothered about watching you succeed
- You are left to your own devices from day one. Expected to answer phones and attend appointments as soon as you walk in the door
- Training is poor and not structured properly
- Managers all think that they are too important for the rest of their staff. Absolutely no interpersonal skills or skills at developing their staff
- Every conversation with co-workers feels very superficial and no one truly cares about your thoughts/feelings
- The business thinks that it’s too important for its own good
- EXPECTED to work Saturdays - no extra pay, no word of thanks, no holidays accrued
- Working at least 55 hours a week for abysmal returns
- Have to work in complete silence - no radio, no chatter, no banter
- Had several interviews at BIGGER estate agents and they all had such a nicer atmosphere
