Pros

Location Thrown into the fire Bond between employees is strong through shared trauma but we should have talked more often among ourselves about how much we were getting paid

Cons

The work of the employees felt undervalued by the ownership. Huge focus on the sale and very little focus on balancing customer success with employee capabilities. Despite the best efforts of employees expressing concerns, these were not valued. I felt deceived with how the company was represented on contract signing to how it actually was.

Pros

Great and hardworking coworkers who do everything in their means to fulfill client services and meet expectations sold to the client. Everyone’s goes above and beyond their job description.

Cons

Services are not adaptable causing high client turnover and customer service issues. Employees are given more clients than they can appropriately serve. Clients are over promised and under delivered. Employees are made to do work like buy ads when they have no experience, but have to lie to the client like they are the professional.

Pros

Straightforward people with good personal relationship ethics. Team members are supportive at work.

Cons

Lacking vision and direction. Too apprehensive to make radical changes and incorporate proper systems and processes in place that are keeping with the times, learn and venture into modern tools and methods of Digital Marketing. Just sticking to what is being done for years even if it is not the appropriate marketing intervention required for the client.
