- Toxic Environment: Management (CEO & Head of Research & HR) encourage talking bad things behind other people's backs. They turn a blind eye to personal problems. They are very partial to employees who like to flatter them.
- Emotional Blackmail Abusive Management: Instead of being understanding, they emotionally blackmail you into staying. If that doesn't work, they start abusing you when they can't change your mind.
- Salaries are often delayed. They don't allow a buy-out, and then you are no longer the first option to other companies.
-No work-life balance: Expect to work more than 18 - 20 hrs in a stretch!
