- Extremely toxic environment - No clarity or transparency within the organisation or the work that is assigned - It’s an UX organisation but they really don’t know how to empathise with with their own employees - neither they trust or respect their employees not the employees trust them back - extreme gaslighting - No team bonding, everyone is judging each other & taunting - Micromanagement - inability to give and take feedback adequately - Forcing personal bias or way of work instead of guiding - inhibition towards candid & unique expression - managers lacks basic & management skills

- Retention Bonds which they call payment for "training", which in reality are a couple of Powerpoint presentations facilitated by junior staff. - Toxic Environment: Management (CEO & Head of Research & HR) encourage talking bad things behind other people's backs. They turn a blind eye to personal problems. They are very partial to employees who like to flatter them. - Emotional Blackmail Abusive Management: Instead of being understanding, they emotionally blackmail you into staying. If that doesn't work, they start abusing you when they can't change your mind. - Salaries are often delayed. They don't allow a buy-out, and then you are no longer the first option to other companies. -No work-life balance: Expect to work more than 18 - 20 hrs in a stretch!
