      Pros

      The projects are great to work on and if you are passionate about what you do it’s easy to enjoy.

      Cons

      Upper management and leadership is increasingly toxic. The less threatening underperforming staff seem to excel but anyone who tries to exceed expectations gets destroyed. It’s a very toxic environment. Would not recommend.

      Good and hard-working team members with nice culture in general

      Cons

      No work/life balance, low salary for staff, but huge pay gap between staff and the leadership teams and exclusive incentive scheme only for leadership team members.
