Pektron have a very flat structure and everyone gossips about each other, to the extent of managers flirting with other members of staff, employees saying negative things regarding their managers and colleagues. fter working at Pektron I learnt that the management system was next to non. They are very subjective to who they like and if you don’t fit they’ll do everything they can to push to you out of the company. When raising any issues to senior memebers of staff, nothing is taken seriously and no actions are taken. The women In charge of the department has absolutely no genuine qualities and does not know how to separate her erratic reactionary emotions from business and difference of opinion. If you do not allow her to bully you she will do everything she can to push you out of the company. Pektron say they a family run business and they respect their employees, but that is the complete opposite. They don’t listen to their staff and their feelings. The blame game is very high at Pektron and they have a tendency to pick on one person. Nobody takes any responsibility for their actions. I have never worked in an hostile enviorment like this and I would never recommend anybody to work there. You aren’t treated like a human, you are treated like a pet.
