Pros
They are very careful with who they hire and it shows in the top-notch group of people who worked there. Pretty much everyone is supportive and kind and driven and it makes for great culture.
Cons
When I started, they were very mission driven, however they became more "money-hungry" and less eco-conscious the longer I worked there. Some key people left which caused a shift in the goals of the company. When I left it was no longer the warm, eco-conscious, encouraging place it used to be.
