Pros
This job is a combination of support and allowing you to also be independent. The work is fulfilling. The staff has a positive inspiring energy. I started out part-time over a year ago and now I'm full-time and it was a great decision. Since it's telehealth, it's a place where you also have an opportunity to bring self-care right into the environment. I'd be happy to work for this company for years to come and I've never felt that way about the other places I've worked.
Cons
Maybe it's the counselor in me, but I believe that even on challenging days, I can cope just fine, simply because I have support and I choose to see the positives, but a challenging day at Pelago will never compare to all the other stressors that you deal with working for corporate. This company listens and truly cares.
