Good colleagues who try their best despite the circumstances.
Cons
The most critical issue is compensation. Salaries are consistently delayed by 3 to 4 months. When employees attempt to discuss this with the HR/CEO, they are met with avoidance and a lack of transparency. Furthermore, payments appear to be handled based on favoritism rather than a standard payroll schedule. The work environment is highly unorganized and lacks clear processes. This leads to immense stress for the team.
