      Pros

      Great place to work with fellow like minded people on seasons, a lot of fun and the nights are the club are a lot of fun. But food and accommodation provided.

      Cons

      Only one day off a week which is unusual for seasons now, quite hard work especially in the heat. The club gets very busy at peak times so you're working very hard.

      Very low pay, but to be expected for season work. Working in seriously hot conditions.

      Pros

      - Staff cars available for days off adventuring around - if you come as a couple you can get a room together, this improved my experience massively. - staff taxi from accom to work, nice walk if not - can use gym, spa, watersports, tennis courts, bikes etc and get discount on drinks. - great tips, can do extra work as a babysitter

      Cons

      - The accom and food is pretty bare minimum, but this is to be expected with seasons. - Most of the staff are stressed out due to poor management, alot of the pros to working there aren't really okay to take advantage of as you know you're adding to your overworked mate's workload (eg watersports, massage, food from the restaurant, drinks from the bar/cafe)
