Pros

The company offers growth on personal and professional fronts. The people here are from diverse backgrounds with an epitome of experience. There is a lot of freedom which does not exist anywhere- this makes one thrive harder and increase the levels of quality one produces at work. The best part about the company is that they never say NO to any idea- they are open to exploring multiple aspects and have a very positive mindset. I love the company culture, it matches international standards than merely being a 9 to 5 corporate style! Hardwork is always rewarded.
