The product purports to be something unique and special, but offers no UPI, no UI/UX. Competitor offerings are far outpacing, and there seems to be minimal, if any appetite to attempt catching up. Similarly, the employee experience is sorely lacking. There is no development, no coaching, no learning or growth opportunity. No company culture. It is mostly the blind leading the blind. Everyone is a jack of all trades but masters of nothing, or worse, trying to figure out how to do their job without leadership or mentorship. The CEO does not seem to have strategy beyond the partnership that facilitates their primary revenue driver and trying to sell off the company to the highest bidder. Even if you are absolutely desperate, I would discourage accepting a role here.
