We give the interns all the freedom in the world to come up with something that is interesting for them to work on and that will add value to the company as well. We treat interns like adults - you can sit in any meeting you want and you will learn through asking questions. We are not going to sit with you to explain how everything works - for that we are too small and we have limited time.
Cons
You need to be a self-starter and take responsibility for your own actions and work - we are not a corporate.
