- office politics not very professional in regards to the current CEO - CEO is very top down "my way or the high way" - lack of trust & transparency in the organization - the current CEO does not listen and executes on what she believes is best without incorporating input from senior management, she does what is best for her and not what is in the best interest of the teams & families - CEO is very caddy talking behind staff backs have caught wind of several conversations very disrespectful - experienced many micro aggressions from CEO
