      The day I walked out the door.

      Cons

      Toxic, bullying leadership culture tolerated by the executive team. Regularly saw senior and junior colleagues in tears following meetings with senior executives. Focused on one thing only - profit. People don’t matter and concerns are swept under the carpet.

      Pros

      Working atmosphere on a day to day basis is great. The general people know how to work effectively together as a team and support each other both within and also outside of the workplace.

      Cons

      Much needed room for improvement especially around internal communications. High level decisions which have a high impact on staff are often taken with very little involvement of the staff concerned.
