      They deduct your hard earned salary. whenever they wants. Specially the Finance Dept. who sit there to deduct your hard earned money and take it from you without any logic.

      No business knowledge transfer. Subject matter expert expects juniors to know everything before hand. Client support role has embedded teams rather than centralised teams, hence no knowledge of what analytical practices the company is working on.
