- rock solid focus on processes and workflows from the CTO - good and clear rules for performance measuring and rewards - high efficiency management culture propagated down by the CTO
Cons
Retrospectively can't really name any. Around the time I was parting with the company I was convinced that there was a list of cons related to following leadership style of the company CTO. Now, looking back, and comparing back, the time at Pentium Network was the best school of good practice and business culture to date, and there was an opportunity of growth to capture which I missed because of wrong perspective and taking things too personally.
