Pros

- Approachable management - Highly successful company - Great culture, a real mix of people and ages - Great bunch of staff; there's a lot of fun to be had but only if you want it (no forced nights out, they're there if you want them)

Cons

Honestly nothing, I've worked in the industry for several years and haven't come across another company like it. Sounds like a cliche, but it's true!

Modern, clean and stylish offices based centrally and close to many amenities. Some very friendly team members - may suit new consultants better who seek a very sociable team.

Cons

Poor leadership and support for staff. Very immature style of management - very precise on hours of work and when you can take your lunch - clock watching mentality
