      Good products and good technology

      Cons

      The sales manager tends to micromanage extensively, showing little trust in the team or individual and often assigning tasks that do not contribute to improving sales performance. His leadership style can feel disconnected from reality and he has been known to make inappropriate comments. There appears to be no effective HR oversight in place to address the issues. I would not recommend pursuing employment under him.

Their approach from leadership emphasizes open communication, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose, which creates a motivating and supportive environment. - Product development mainly focus on hardware which make the sensors robust to endure harsh environment

      - Micro-management by the team manager at individual business department (FA) which often reduces work efficiency - Authoritarian like team management
