Only the learning from self-struggle. Nothing else positive about the workplace.
Cons
No fixed working hours, poor management, rude behavior from seniors, no appreciation for hard work, zero work-life balance, and unrealistic expectations. Employees are treated unfairly with no growth or recognition.

Good place to start for a freshers. Much to learn as it’s a startup. 5 days of working.
Cons
I guess I will say that sometimes we work more than 9-10 hours a day. But that’s understandable as it’s corporate.
