Pros
this is an incredible place to start your career if you want to understand the "backbone" of IT. I joined as a fresher and was exposed to the entire spectrum of IT Infrastructure: core networking, cybersecurity, cloud, servers, and data centers. The exposure to Audio-Visual (AV) boardroom designing was a unique learning curve I didn’t know existed. You aren't restricted to a single technology; you are constantly learning and deploying new solutions based on diverse client requirements. It significantly boosts your confidence and communication skills through constant customer-facing interactions.
Cons
The learning curve is very steep and can be intense for those not ready to multitask across different technologies. Because you are dealing with real-time client requirements and OEM coordination, the workload can occasionally be demanding during the design and deployment phases.
