Pros
Good office culture with priority placed on professional development opportunities and flexibility. Competitive salaries, including bonuses. Excellent 401k match and 100% paid medical benefits. Focus on projects that help people both domestic and abroad.
Cons
There are none worth mentioning.

No pros. Having Perez on your resume is somewhat of a black mark against you in New Orleans.
Cons
Absolutely amoral ownership. Layoffs due to lack of work are frequent and falsely reported as terminations for cause. They don't want to pay for unemployment insurance, probably because they can't afford it.
