You will work a lot and learn how to run on little to no sleep. You will also learn how a company should not work, this is all valuable information.

Cons

This is one of the most poorly run companies I have ever encountered. you will, be subjected to slave labour. They will make you drive long distances, 10+ hours a day, work 17+ hours, and only get paid for 40 hours.

Cons

Long hours, 60+ hour weeks for majority of the year. Weak corporate structure. Upper management is not aware of the processes and systems that truly lead to each event's success.
