      Pros

      - You get to work with really beautiful flowers. - Employee discount. - They pay for your parking.

      Cons

      - Poor work life/balance - Owner has a policy where you cannot say no to customers, even if you’re overbooked for that weekend. Resulting in exhaustion physically and mentally. - Owner really cares about image, like A LOT. More than her employees well being. - No benefits whatsoever. - Poor pay increase structure; little room for growth. - Management team is extremely unprofessional, they will talk about your personal business behind your back to your coworkers. - No order cut off for holidays— you could be there until 10pm.

      Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

      Pros

      Working downtown and having creative freedom in designs.

      Cons

      No benefits. Chotic schedule that doesn't come out until the Sunday of that week. The owner has zero knowledge of flowers (of designs, operating/owning a flower shop, etc.) and zero integrity. Only cares about how the business looks from the outside, regardless of the chaos happening on the inside. The owner will say "yes" to a job despite being already overbooked for the date, relying on everyone else to do the work for them, sacrificing their physical and mental well-being.
