      Pros

      I am currently employed with this company and can't wait to depart. The only pro here is the location. I am having a hard time finding a job with premium agencies because they don't recognize my current employer. The only pro here is the location.

      Cons

      Lack of structure, constant theme of worshipping CEO and his jokes, there is no real opportunity to move up, and the work produced is sub par. Oh and did I mention low pay.

Our culture is extremely important to us and we always try to collect constant feedback to improve it on an ongoing basis. We do not lie to anyone from team members to clients and I'm sorry you felt we did - this accusation is extremely disappointing.       Great culture and the opportunity to do meaningful work

      Pros

      1. Great working culture that is relaxed but focused on working hard and delivering results at the same time. 2. This company presents an opportunity for entry level professionals to work with smaller clients and make a difference to their business. 3. Small, tightly-knit team that works together on several projects. 4. Opportunity to learn on the job and gain valuable experience. 5. Relaxed work from home and vacation policy.

      Cons

      1. Loosely defined company profile - not sure whether it is a startup that is performing admirably or a medium sized company that is underachieving. 2. Comparatively low pay. 3. Sometimes, communication is poor despite the team being small in size.
