Pros
The company prefers to hire from within, which has been great for me. The discount is good. Upper management has always been interested in seeing me grow and training me for more opportunities within the company - they are passionate about team growth.
Cons
majority of staff were uni students and often store management placed wayyy too much responsibility and guilt on those people - casuals. There is a big tendency for store teams to have mean girl mentalities.
