Pros

I’ve been working with Performa for just over two years now, and I’m genuinely still very happy here. It’s a highly collaborative environment where everyone works closely together, and there’s a real sense of warmth and support across the team. We’re all aligned on growing the business in a healthy, sustainable way, and that shared mindset makes a big difference. What I value most is the balance — we work hard and are challenged in the right ways, with high standards and meaningful goals, but there’s also a strong respect for maintaining a productive work–life balance. It’s an environment where you’re encouraged to grow professionally without burning out, which I think is quite rare.

Cons

It’s not a negative as such, but like most scale-ups, you’re often juggling a few different responsibilities and helping out wherever needed.
