I worked for Performance in People for almost 8 years and only left as I relocated to Australia. They are a fantastic organisation to work for I cannot recommend highly enough. If you have an opportunity to work for Performance in People, don't hesitate you'll be in safe hands with a great team around you! - You feel valued - You're input is valid, listened to and acted upon - Great culture, energy and regular team events - Very little staff turnover - Professional Development is supported and encouraged with regular review/ feedback sessions - I was personally supported through a Bachelor in Leadership and Business Management. - I also had a great career path commencing in an administrative role and progressed through the ranks to Operations and then on to Sales and Account Management. - Great office facilities - Great staff incentives/ reward schemes available - Opportunity to work with Blue Chip Clients - Opportunity to work in a unique industry!
Cons
- Clearer communication amongst teams with dependancies (noting there were activities underway to enhance communication and this is of course, not isolated to PiP). - This was not something I experienced in my role and team; other teams felt the flow of communication from Senior Management could be better. Again activities were underway to improve flow of company communications.
