Pros
Discount on perfume is good. Training was offered. They even flew the Manager to another store to get trained.
Cons
The owner wanted us to push these no-name brand perfumes. Some of perfumes actually smelled very good. However, if you looked them up on-line, they could be found selling for $20-$25 each. They expected us to sell them for $65-$85!! Talk about greedy!! Two Managers were fired because they didn't meet company requirement of selling these no-name perfumes. They state in a response to another post that "the minimum a Manager is expected to work is 44 hours, but when my manger was "evaluated" she was reprimanded for not working at least 50 hours! No Health benefits or 401K!
