The Management at this location is absolutely terrible. Customers are constantly taken advantage of and employees are constantly disrespected. It is evidently an unequal opportunity employer due to the void of male workers, apart from the manager, despite the high volume of male applicants. A lack of professionalism. (Four employees, including myself, quit within a four week period)

- everything to do with management, from the store itself to head office, is entirely corrupt and ridiculously unhelpful. - the high concentration of what they call "boutique" fragrances; simply knockoffs that are scattered throughout, making the store look unprofessional. - the poor graphic design of the store; just looking at the place makes you think "yeah, these are fakes", even if they aren't. - guilt-tripping and manipulative behaviors from management. - often severely understaffed. - NO RAISES, WHATSOEVER. - if you want any time off, you have to book it like. three months in advance; even doctor's appointments. - i'm not sure if this is applicable to all locations, but i've heard of it occurring at several; there's a scam in place in which you tell the customer the product is more than it actually is, and giving a "free gift" to make up the price discrepancy. i'm highly positive that this practice is illegal. buyer, beware.
